Talk Tuesdays: An Educational Research Lecture Series

Talk Tuesdays: An Educational Research Lecture Series

Over the course of six interactive discussions in June and July, IO experts will cover the basics of research development and motivate you to build your own research project.

When registering for the series, you will be asked to submit a brief research question (maximum 1-2 sentences) for exploration in a future research project. Lectures will also be recorded and made available to registrants, but participation at the live events is highly encouraged.

Plus, one SIO member who attends all six lectures live or on-demand will have the opportunity to win an Abstract Travel Award of $2,000 to attend and present their research at the SIO2023 Annual Scientific Meeting (19-23 January 2023 in Washington, DC). The winner will also receive free registration to SIO2023 and one complimentary hotel night during the event. Certificates of attendance will be available to those who have attended all lectures (live and on-demand).

Lectures will be recorded and made available on-demand.
